The Bentley Flying Spur: Luxury! You will feel like royalty in the back seat, front seat or driver’s seat. Driving the
Flying Spur is akin to taking the most expensive, luxurious, leather couch in the world and strapping an ACME
rocket to the back of it.
Allegedly - and nothing to do with this dance!
John Drewry devised this dance, pre-1976, for Jackie Johnstone of Dumfries. The Johnstone Clan Crest bears a
winged spur.
The recommended tune is “Captain White” by Winifred Bird Matthew.
